Vinyasa Yoga is a fluid, flowing style of Yoga where we focus on breathing and fluid transitions between poses.
You will increase your strength and flexibility as well as decrease feelings of stress and anxiety in my classes.
Flow is a total mind body practice for people of all experience levels that will leave you feeling amazing.

I started my yoga teaching journey four years ago and love teaching Vinyasa.
My classes have a warm, community feel. Lots of friendly locals from Hillarys and the surrounding suburbs attend, and all levels are welcome – from beginners to advanced Yogis.
