Vinyasa Yoga is a fluid, flowing style of Yoga where we focus on breathing and fluid transitions between poses.

You will increase your strength and flexibility as well as decrease feelings of stress and anxiety in my classes.

Flow is a total mind body practice for people of all experience levels that will leave you feeling amazing.

I’m so glad you’re here!

I am an experienced group fitness instructor and have been teaching since 2011. I completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2018 and love teaching Vinyasa Flow Yoga.

My classes have a warm, community feel. Lots of friendly locals from Hillarys and the surrounding suburbs attend, and all levels are welcome – from beginners to advanced Yogis.
