About me


I completed my Yoga study and teacher training over three years which allowed me to really dive deep into the philosophy and origins of Yoga as well as implement my knowledge of anatomy and how each Yoga pose is different for every body. I began my Yoga teaching journey with Yoga Fit International in 2018 and completed my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in 2020. I use hands-on assists in my classes to deepen my participants’ Yoga practice and help them understand the poses in a practical way.

I have been a qualified Les Mills Group Fitness Instructor for over 11 years, and have worked at multiple gyms across Perth teaching Body Pump and RPM (spin classes).

By day, I am also a qualified Primary Teacher and believe my wealth of education experience gives me the ability to differentiate and cater to every person that walks into my class.

Why Yoga

I believe Yoga is very much a mind and body practice and the benefits of Yoga are immense.

I teach beginners through to advanced Yogis as well as people who are pregnant or looking after injuries. Every person is very welcome to attend my classes and there’s no competition or judgement. I really encourage my Yogis to listen to their bodies and only do what feels right.

You will feel so good after an hour Yoga class with me. Your body and mind will thank you for it!
