Classes FAQ
What do I wear?
Any comfortable workout clothing! Some people prefer Yoga tights or shorts as you can move easily in them.
What do I bring?
Please bring your own Yoga mat, towel and water bottle. If you have a Yoga block or strap you can bring those too, but they’re not essential.
I am dealing with an injury. Can I still practice Yoga?
If you have been cleared by your doctor to exercise, then yes! Yoga is a safe, low impact workout and we can work around injuries (obviously depending on the person and situation!) Please notify me prior to class if you are dealing with an ongoing injury that you need to be careful about.
Can I come to your classes if I am pregnant or returning from just having a baby?
Yoga is perfect for pregnancy and postpartum! I am specially trained in prenatal and postnatal Yoga and will give you options and alternatives to poses that aren’t suitable for pregnancy.
I am not very flexible and have never done Yoga before. Can I still come along?
Yes! My classes are suitable for beginners through to advanced Yogis. I will give easier options through to more challenging options so you can choose the level you want to work at.
When & where are your classes?
Regular classes are Wednesday evenings 6-7pm and Saturday mornings 8-9am an Flinders Park Community Centre, Broadbeach Ave, Hillarys, Western Australia.
